Ashley Ching

Ashley Ching is the Founder and CEO of Inhaven, a company focused on improving quality and consistency in the vacation rental industry. Inhaven helps professional property managers source furnishings and everyday essentials, making it easier to equip properties reliably and deliver the experience guests expect.

Before founding Inhaven, Ashley built her career in merchandising and operations. She served as Chief Merchandising Officer at The Company Store, a Home Depot company, and held a senior global merchandising operations role at Tiffany & Co. She now applies that experience to a challenge in vacation rentals: as operators grow, maintaining the same standard across every property becomes increasingly difficult. Through Inhaven, Ashley aims to make sourcing more dependable and help property managers create stays that feel considered, comfortable, and consistent.
