Chris Stephenson

Chris Stephenson is a hospitality and travel industry executive and Vice President at Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, where he has played a key role in building and scaling Marriott’s home rental business globally. He was part of the founding team that launched Homes & Villas in 2019, helping to transform it from a pilot concept into a platform with hundreds of thousands of properties across international markets.

With a background in innovation, product development, and global operations, Stephenson has spent his career developing new business lines within large organizations, particularly in the travel and hospitality sectors. At Marriott, he has led efforts in supply expansion, partner development, and the creation of systems and processes that enable the platform to scale while maintaining high quality standards.
