Chrsitophe is the Founder and CEO of Breezeway.io and a relatively newcomer to the industry. He had his own small property management business, and decided to focus on the review side as he saw a massive opportunity to improve the current offering, led by OTAs and third-party platforms.
In this chat he explains why he thinks reviews are the golden nuggets of the industry, albeit perhaps sometimes understimated and how he plans to change that.
